Resources for week commencing Monday 18th January:

Dear Owls,

I hope you are all well and that you had a lovely relaxing weekend. It was great to see so many of you on Zoom and on Facebook for our Storytime session.

Hopefully, you can join this week too. On Thursday at 10.00am we can work together on our setting description planning.

When you join Zoom, please ensure you’re in a quiet room. You need to have your video on, and your microphone off. Please also make sure you have a pencil and your exercise book with you. You will need to have completed the English activities from Monday to Wednesday.

This week, you will need a shoebox for our topic lessons. I have not included Science this week, because for the rest of our lessons you will need some magnets. HERE is a link to some good ones on Amazon. It may be possible for you to borrow some from school, please contact me or Mrs Crascall if this would be helpful for you. We will resume our science lessons next week.

All the resources you’ll need for the week will be ready for you to collect from school by the end of the day on Monday. When you’ve read your AR books and done your quizzes, please bring those books back to school and we can swap them over for you.

I think you’re all doing an amazing job with your home learning Owls. Keep up the good work! As usual, please send me any photos, videos, Powerpoints etc of your work. I love to see all the wonderful things you’re getting up to!
